- Program-specific accreditation
- Quality assurance consulting and training

- Scholarship and grant information services
3. Accreditation Application Terms
3.1 Application Process
- All application information must be accurate, complete, and truthful
- Applications are subject to review and may be accepted or rejected at GAAAA's discretion
- Application fees are non-refundable once submitted
- Processing times are estimates and may vary based on application complexity
3.2 Accreditation Standards
- Institutions must meet all applicable GAAAA standards and criteria
- GAAAA reserves the right to modify standards with appropriate notice
- Institutions must maintain compliance throughout the accreditation period
- Site visits and evaluations are mandatory components of the process
3.3 Accreditation Decisions
- All accreditation decisions are final and binding
- Institutions have the right to appeal decisions following established procedures
- Accreditation status may be revoked for non-compliance or misrepresentation
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 GAAAA Content
All content on the GAAAA website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GAAAA or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Use of Materials
- You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute GAAAA materials without written permission
- GAAAA logo and accreditation marks may only be used by accredited institutions as specified in licensing agreements
5. User Obligations
When using GAAAA services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices
- Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Not interfere with or disrupt GAAAA services or servers
- Not attempt unauthorized access to GAAAA systems or data
6. Confidentiality
GAAAA maintains strict confidentiality regarding:

- Evaluation reports and findings (except as required by law or accreditation process)
- Personal information of applicants and institutional representatives
Institutions are expected to maintain similar confidentiality regarding proprietary GAAAA materials and evaluation processes.
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Application Fees
- All fees must be paid in full according to the published fee schedule
- Fees are subject to change with 90 days' notice
- Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
7.2 Refund Policy
- Application fees are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at GAAAA's discretion
- Withdrawal from the accreditation process does not entitle applicants to refunds
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- GAAAA provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind
- GAAAA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- GAAAA's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the institution
- GAAAA is not responsible for decisions made by institutions based on our accreditation or advice
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GAAAA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of GAAAA services
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Inaccurate or misleading information provided to GAAAA
10. Data Protection and Privacy
GAAAA collects, processes, and stores personal and institutional data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing and storage.
11. Termination
GAAAA reserves the right to:
- Terminate or suspend access to services for violation of these terms
- Refuse service to any individual or institution
- Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution Process
- Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation
- Unresolved disputes may be submitted to arbitration in Bahrain
- Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise determined by arbitrator
13. Changes to Terms
GAAAA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of GAAAA services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GAAAA regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements.
