Accreditation & Fidelity Framework - GAAAA

Accreditation & Fidelity Framework

The only quality assurance approach that combines excellence standards with educational fidelity for Gulf institutions

A comprehensive framework integrating proven quality standards with strength-based approaches to institutional development

What is GAAAA Accreditation & Fidelity?

The GAAAA Accreditation & Fidelity Framework integrates eight Quality Standard Areas drawn from two decades of international excellence in educational quality assurance, tested and shaped to fit the Gulf and Middle East context. Since educational excellence is an approach, not a 'set model', the Accreditation process is designed to be flexible, exploring how quality standards are expressed in the context of an institution and its community.

The eight Quality Standard Areas are underpinned by a focus on Excellence-Centered Thinking — a paradigm that emphasizes institutional strengths, capabilities, assets, and potential for positive development. This framework reflects the experiences of diverse student populations, including those from varied cultural backgrounds, along with meeting expectations for recommended policies and procedures, and supporting evidence indicating strategies to evaluate and improve impact.

GAAAA's Accreditation & Fidelity Framework is the only quality assurance approach in the region that combines a commitment to educational excellence with an asset-based lens to help institutions develop and benchmark performance against international standards while honoring regional context.
